Staying up to date on SEO news is the same as staying one step a head of your competitors. Online and SEO marketing is the latest and greatest, and if you were to utilize it with the right SEO tools, ones that your competitors are not using yet, then you can box them out for the attention of webizens all over cyber space.

SEO is the art of search engine optimization. The idea behind this marketing is principal is that since three quarters of Internet search engine users never even scroll past the first page of results, putting you there is going to harness more web traffic. Web traffic becomes business leads and business leads become customers. I mean, about 92 percent of online adults in the United States performs at least one search per day, which demonstrates that there is a vast audience for your site.

If you think that paying google for a search engine ranking will work, you should know that some of the latest SEO news is that between 70 to 80 percent of Internet search engine users do not even pay any attention to sponsored results. People want organic results, which your site will become with SEO.

In other SEO news, these ogranic click throughs generate about 25 percent higher conversion rates than equivalent pay per click (PP) click throughs. In the terms of a layman, this means that organic gives you more business.

The other big Seo news that I have heard is that 57 percent of business to business (B2B) marketers say that SEO has the largetst influence on their lead generation. I think that this is big SEO news, personally. The fact that this method of marketing is taking dominance does not necessarily indicate a watershed movement or a paradigm shift, but this bit of SEO news does show that people are noticing the results.

So what do you all think? Is there any big SEO news that you know of that excites you? Share it in the comments and let everyone know.
